• Handling of Medication

  A 2 hour awareness session looking at anaphylaxis and the administering of Auto Adrenaline Injectors to treat symptoms.

• Safeguarding

  Safeguarding is how we can protect children, young people and vulnerable adults from abuse or neglect by the actions, or lack of actions, of another person.

• Infection Prevention

  A half-day course where candidates will develop a greater understanding of infection prevention and control, including: roles and responsibilities, personal hygiene, and ways to minimise the risk of infection in a health and care setting.

• Moving & Handling of People

  This Level 2 Award in the Principles of Moving and Handling is designed to provide learners with a solid understanding of safe manual handling practices, with a focus on the principles behind moving people.
