About the course
The objective of the qualification is to develop a Learner’s knowledge of food allergens and food intolerances, the effects these can have on individuals, how to control cross-contamination from allergenic ingredients and how to provide accurate food allergen information.
Overview
This qualification is for people who are working in, or preparing to work in a food handling, food retail or food manufacturing role. This qualification compliments our range of Food Safety qualifications.
Before you come
You are attending a Hospitality training course. To correctly assess specific skills taught during this course you will be asked to complete a number of verbal and written assessments. Our trainers will be available to answer any questions you may have.
